Business accounts

A business account replaces per-shipment card payment with invoiced terms, adds tiered rates that move with your volume, and puts every carrier on one consolidated statement matched line-by-line to the original quotes. Multiple users, roles, and API or store integrations are included.

FAQ

Account questions

How much volume do I need for a business account?

There is no hard floor to open one. The tier you land on is set by monthly volume, so a small account simply starts on the first tier and moves up as volume grows. The rate is reviewed rather than fixed for a year.

How does consolidated invoicing work?

Every shipment across every carrier appears on one statement for the period, each line matched to the original quote. That matching is the point: a retrospective carrier surcharge shows up next to the quote it deviated from, rather than as an unexplained line.

Can I give my team separate logins?

Yes. Business accounts support multiple users with roles, so warehouse staff can book and label without seeing pricing or invoices.

Is there an API?

Yes: rate, book and track endpoints, idempotent by design, with webhooks for every status change. Shopify and WooCommerce integrations sit on the same API if you'd rather not build.
