Our story
The gaps between tools are where parcels stop
OneEasyStop exists because shipping breaks in the gaps between tools. A rate lives in one carrier portal. The label is made in a second. The customs declaration is a PDF somebody fills in by hand. The invoice arrives six weeks later carrying a surcharge nobody quoted. Every gap is a place a parcel stops moving, and a place somebody retypes an address.
The tools we met had each picked a side. A CRM knows the customer and nothing about the carrier. A logistics tool knows the carrier and has never seen the order. So the operations team becomes the integration: copying postcodes between tabs and explaining delays they heard about from the customer first.
So we built one record. The quote, the label, the declaration and the invoice are the same object in OneEasyStop. A surcharge appears in the quote rather than on the bill, and a lane that needs a document asks for it before you pay rather than after the parcel is held.
